I've added some bubbles for new ideas that I've been having and exploring, and some spikes at my back because I have a big pain there. I must have overdone something during training sessions, probably pulled my leg too much in a yoga pose or so. Anyways, it's very painful and there's no position that makes it better and painkillers don't seem to work on that one so it looks like another sleepless night (I'm writing this on Wednesday) :o(
Slabbing some tiger balm on and hoping for the best now!
