I don't see these big companies backing out of their way anytime soon. too little pressure. I must admit I am not a big believer in civil protest, but maybe this is a topic I will have to face one day and make my peace with.
I like Zurich very much and I often think that I will miss it when I go away. For I am still very sure that I don't want to spend my whole life here. But I am still here and I try to enjoy it as much as possible.yagahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09452763237214067585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3768819845725140776.post-3549441396413164882010-02-21T14:52:18.670+01:002010-02-21T14:52:18.670+01:00hehe, I've read the books from the tipi- man w...hehe, I've read the books from the tipi- man who lived without how showers. I can only recommend them.

Well you are right of course. And like you, I want changes, but they are not that easy. Especially if your significant other has to take part and doesn't see the same reasons I do. I don't agree, that when you will have your children together, the world will be in anarchy and chaos! I'm convinced that first it will not take that long before that will happen, as you are more and more approaching the "right age" and also, where should that all come from??

You influence and affect me, in a big way. And not only me.

I think, the climate change can still be reversed. Also, what we are experiencing today, is the result of wrong desicions and wrong behaviour from 20 years ago. In the meantime they stopped usage of FCKW and the cars have better filters and the people are more and more aware. The only thing people aren't aware yet: the single households aren't the cause for the trouble. 60% of the trouble is caused by the huge companies and factories and industry in general. So THEY should be forced to do more. Even if suddenly all Europeans changed their habits to bike-only, no plane flights, ONLY local grown foods, less heating and less electricity usage and things like that, which are absolutely utopia, still, 60% of what goes wrong will go on working wrong with the industry sites.

I am glad to read you like it, where you are and don't plan to relocate or things like that. :-)Elisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04522517972644343453noreply@blogger.com
